Anne Gillies and Jane Waite are partnering to conduct program evaluations of both the Search Advocate program and the Social Justice Education Initiative, beginning with the Search Advocate program this fall. Hearing about your experiences and learning your thoughts is a crucial first step in this project! You are invited to register for and participate in one (or more) of the focus groups listed below (by role), which will be held via Zoom.
Please register for the role(s) which reflect your engagement with the hiring process as it intersects with the search advocate program. After you register you will receive an email confirmation with information about joining the meeting.
Search Administrators - Monday 11/20, 9:00-10:30 am (Facilitators: Charissa Jones and Jane Waite)
Search Advocates - Monday 11/27, 1:00-2:30 pm (Facilitators: Chrysanthemum Hayes and Charissa Jones)
Search Committee Members and others - Monday 11/27, 9:30-11:00 am (Facilitators: Kerry McQuillin and Jane Waite)
Additional focus groups may be added as needed. Within the next few weeks a Qualtrics survey will also be made available seeking more specific information about your experiences with the search advocate program--we encourage you to respond to the upcoming Qualtrics survey whether or not you are able to attend one of the focus groups.
